Common Problems & User-Friendly Answers
Printer won’t connect to Wi-Fi
Restart the router and printer, move the printer closer, and reconnect using the control panel or the Epson Smart Panel app.
Print quality is poor or shows lines
Perform a nozzle check and clean the printhead. Use Epson ink and proper paper.
Printer doesn’t respond
Restart both the printer and device, check the Wi-Fi/USB connection, and resend the print job.
Paper jam
Turn off the printer, remove the jammed paper carefully, and reload flat, clean paper.
Blank pages printing
